Russian Cultural Garden Committee Unveils Proposed Garden Concept

Impressive and exciting design concept for the proposed Russian Cultural Garden has just been announced.  Local and very popular Cultural Garden architect, Jim McKnight, helped the committee translate their visions into a very attractive design.  Next comes fund raising for the Garden.  Initial funding responses have been very positive and encouraging.  See the design below.
