Latvian Garden Dedicated

On October 8, 2006, the Latvian Cultural Garden dedicated a 12-ton statue, just one week after the the India Cultural Garden unveiled a bronze sculpture of Mahatma Gandhi. The garden was designed by landscape architect Albert Park and assisted by local architect Kalvis Kampe.
