Chinese Garden gets three new Cherry trees–September 22, 2012 Teachers’ Appreciation Day

Each year the Confucius Institute at Cleveland State University sponsors a Teachers’ Appreciation Day and in honor of the importance of teachers in our lives plants cherry trees in the Chinese Cultural Garden.  See the 2012 planting of three cherry trees in the photos below.  Special thanks to Professor Liu Wen Zheng, Associate Director of the Confucius Institute and Chinese Garden delegates Anthony Yen and Dr. Jason Lin for making it happen.
